Week 9, Term 1
Dear Parents, Caregivers and Whānau,
This week was full of great learning and a time to start wrapping up the topics of the term in order to have some space to share their knowledge through tests and assignments.
Please continue to support your children with this hard transition into Middle School level work and assessments. Anxiety seems to be very high and we have been doing a lot of teaching and praying into this, but for children to hear the same message from home would be a great benefit. Here are two verses to choose from that could meet your child where they are at in their faith journey and you can incorporate into your family time.
"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Philippians 4:6-7
"When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy." Psalm 94:19
