Week 7, Term 1
Dear Parents, Caregivers and Whānau,
Our students have had the opportunity to participate in two different areas of the arts programme this term. Each discipline of Music, Visual Art, Dance and Drama engage a child's brain, body and emotions in different ways to encourage their confidence and find joy in self-expression.
Notices
As you are all aware, we are raising funds for a Pump Track for the Primary School. We have been having discussions with our students around how they can raise money through selling unwanted goods on Trade Me, or through the schools Silent Auction Page. In addition to this, each class is looking at having a fundraiser day of some sort. Please can you communicate on your class WhatsApp groups to share ideas. Once you have agreed on a fundraiser, please can the representative from each class get in contact with their child's teacher We appreciate your support with this.
Reminders
A friendly reminder to please ensure that your children's devices are charged fully and brought to school each day. We use them daily and it negatively impacts on their learning when they don't have a device to use.
