KingsWay School —

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

It has been such a great time of reflecting on the meaning of Easter and also hearing about family traditions and experiences over the break. Many of the students have been recalling the Easter camps they have been on and we know that highlights like this really contribute to building a young person’s faith and personal relationship with Jesus.

On Friday the Year 9 team have a Market Day arranged for us to enjoy so make sure to send your child with some coins to use. This fundraising effort is in support of Missions. Thankfully we have local mission opportunities that we continue to do in this season of no overseas missions.

We look forward to the Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday 15 April. Be sure to read the email sent previously with all the information you need to access the links. Please note:

  • Lunchtime on this day will be from 1-2pm.
  • Please let your child’s Homeroom teacher know before Thursday if you would like your child to leave at 1pm.
  • Bayes buses will arrive after lunchtime. Ritchies buses will arrive at the normal end of day time. Students traveling on Ritchies buses will remain on site until then.

With this being the final enewsletter for Term 1, I would like to thank you for your parent partnership and support of us as we have navigated Term 1. Teachers are busy ensuring that Term 2 is a full and productive term of learning and growing for our students.

Kind Blessings

Lisa Lambert
Head of Middle School
