Marian Bailie —

Week 6, Term 2

Hello Parents and Whānau,

For the next 2 weeks, our tamariki will take on the challenge of ‘Chores for Change.’ This is a fundraiser to help World Vision provide clean drinking water for children in Africa. The initiative of ‘Chores for Change’ is for your child to take on some extra responsibilities at home (jobs/ chores that they don’t normally do), and to earn a few extra coins that will be donated towards World Vision. Your child will receive a little plastic zip-lock bag that you can keep at home while they earn their change for extra chores. The zip-lock bag with their change will then be returned to school on Friday, 16 June, for our World Vision Mufti Day. We would love to see photos of your children completing their extra chores so that we can celebrate their servant’s heart!
