Friday, 24 March (Week 8, Term 1)

In Year 9 Outdoor Pursuits (9ODP) we have a theme of leadership and overcoming. As a part of this course, during Term 1, we will be Kayaking down the Puhoi River. On this trip, students will be provided with opportunities to apply their knowledge of water safety and challenge themselves in a new environment. 

Date: Friday, 24 March
Venues: Puhoi Kayaks and Wenderholm Regional Park
Transport: Students travel by bus to the venue
Time: Departing school 8:30 am - returning by 3:00 pm
Wear: Mufti shorts, t-shirt, jumper and sport shoes
Bring: Students will need to bring togs, a towel, full packed lunch, warm layer, jandals (optional) and a drink.

Please note that we will need 10 parent helpers for the day, if you can help please indicate on the permission form.

NOTE: Students cannot attend this trip if we have not received payment BEFORE the event. You can check whether you have paid by logging into the Parent Portal and viewing your child's account.
