Week 3, Term 4
Dear Parents, Caregivers and Whānau,
We’ve had another successful week at swimming. Children have developed and grown in confidence over this short period of time due the regular swimming lessons. They had so much fun!
We are waiting with great anticipation to go on our trip to Waste Wise. This is such an exciting time for everyone. Thank you for completing the online permission forms. Below you will find the days our classes are going on the Waste Wise Trip.

Zero Waste Zone Parent Information Letter
There have been quite a few cases on conjunctivitis in our Year 3 cohort. Please see the attached information on symptoms and how to alleviate discomfort.
Home Learning Week 4:
- Reading - Please ensure that your child reads daily out loud and that you sign to indicate they have completed the allocated pages.
- Mathletics - Please complete the assigned tasks (a minimum of 500 points)
- Spelling: Long vowel spelling patterns - chew, tomorrow, juice, window, excited, decided, believe, hungry, danger, yesterday
- WOW Word: Excess - an amount that is more than what is needed

Year 3 MSA: PE, Library and Spanish are on Wednesdays. Please come to school dressed in PE kit.
