Danielle competed at the Auckland Track & Field Championships on 17 & 18 February where she won gold in the Under 14 girls 100m (12.89 sec), 200m (26.01 sec) and 4 x 100m relay and silver in the Long Jump (5.10m).

On 27th January, Danielle competed for the U16 Auckland Inter-Provincial team at the North Island Inter-Provincial Athletics Competition. She came 1st in the 100m & Long Jump and 3rd in the 200m and the U16 Auckland Inter- Provincial team won the competition!

On 5th, 6th & 7th January she competed in the North Island Colgate Games where she came 2nd in the Under 14 girls 100m & Long Jump and 5th in 200m.
