KingsWay leadership and management structure is reviewed to ensure that it serves the school's effective teaching and learning outcomes and strategic priorities.
Background
The KingsWay roll continues to grow at an exponential rate. Support structures need to respond to this growth, including our leadership and management structure. The Board and management committed to not exceeding the allocations of money set aside by the Ministry of Education in management units.
Progress
The Executive Leadership Team developed a new leadership structure in consultation with staff in 2020. This structure was peer-reviewed by educational experts and scrutinised by the Board to ensure that it was fit for purpose. The Board passed a motion to accept the new leadership and management structure's systematic implementation in 2020.
