An important notice to all parents regarding emails sent through KAMAR.

Dear Parents

KAMAR is KingsWay School’s email platform for sending bulk emails to parents. It has come to our attention that several emails which included important information, such as Parent Portal login information, have been rejected as junk mail. These emails appear not to have reached all parents.

Through investigation, KAMAR confirmed that some email addresses do not recognise KAMAR as a non-spam email platform. In other words, the emails are sent directly to your spam folder or rejected completely. Most of the feedback suggests it is gmail and xtra accounts with this issue but we can’t rule out that other email accounts are also affected. 

Please note that when we send bulk emails from KAMAR, the email address that you will see is notices@kingsway.school.nz  (this excludes the bi-weekly newsletter from the Communications Coordinator through the Hail platform). 

We would like you to receive all our emails so please check your Spam/Junk folder and if you find emails from notices@kingsway.school.nz, please add this email address to your safe sender list.

After checking your Spam/Junk folder and find that you have not received your Parent Portal login information, please email notices@kingsway.school.nz.
