Week 3, Term 3

Hello Parents and Whānau,

This week we were so blessed to have Shanika visit us and bring The NED Show to KingsWay School. She talked about having a positive mindset when facing a challenge. Shanika shared with us the importance of the word YET. Instead of saying ‘I can’t do that’ say ‘I can’t do that yet’! With a positive mindset and hard work we can accomplish more than we realise! This show was free thanks to the children who purchased a yo-yo at her previous school. Thanks to those who have bought a yo-yo, the proceeds of these sales means she can take her show to the next school for free!
