Middle School Notices
Message from Lisa Lambert - Deputy Principal Middle Years
Kia Ora Parents, Caregivers and Whānau,
This term our students are being supportive of our Senior School students. This works out in practical ways such as each class praying for a specific Senior School class as they prepare for their NCEA exams. This week it also looked like joining with the Primary students in our traditional 'tunnel of love' as they cheered for our Year 13 leavers. Being part of an Area School has such a special aspect in this way as our young students can see their schooling in the future before their eyes.
We look forward to seeing you at the Parent Meeting next week.

Middle Years Wellbeing - Deans
Jesus modelled unconditional love. As a teenager, I struggled to talk to my parents about my school life because of an underlying assumption that my actions would affect their love for me. Many students seem to feel the same way. When I learned to share with my parents, I found them supportive, and I realised their deep love for me. It is a good reminder that we as parents need to remind our sons and daughters that we love them, that they can share with us, and we can problem-solve together – whatever the situation.
