Terms and Conditions for Advertising on KingsWay School's External Activities Noticeboards

1. Eligibility
   KingsWay School invites advertisements that benefit our student community, specifically in areas related to learning, sporting activities, or holiday programme recreation.

2. Advertising Rates
   Advertising is available on a termly basis or on a weekly basis (additional charges apply for weekly placements). Pricing is subject to change and will be provided upon request.

3. Submission of Advertisements
   To place an advertisement, please contact Louise Gray at louise.gray@kingsway.school.nz. All ads must be submitted in a format that meets the school’s guidelines.

4. Content Guidelines
   Advertisements must be appropriate for the school environment and should align with the values and interests of our student community. KingsWay School reserves the right to reject any advertisement deemed inappropriate or irrelevant.

5. Payment Terms
   Payment for advertisements is due prior to placement. Payment details will be provided upon approval of the advertisement.

6. Placement Duration
   Advertisements will be displayed for the duration of the agreed term (weekly or termly), and may be removed or updated at the discretion of KingsWay School.

7. Changes and Cancellations
   Advertisers may request changes to their advertisement during the term, subject to additional charges. Cancellations must be made in writing and may result in a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Liability
   KingsWay School is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content of advertisements or any consequences resulting from their display.

9. Amendments
   KingsWay School reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Advertisers will be notified of any changes.

10. Declining Adverts
    KingsWay School does not advertise political ideologies or controversial content. The Executive Principal reserves the right to decline an advert.
