Week 3, Term 4

Dear Parents, Caregivers and Whānau,

There was a hype of excitement this week as we celebrated our wonderful Year 13's as they move on from KingsWay School. We also enjoyed the sunshine and spending more time outside. The students have been busy practicing for Athletics Day next week. The theme is '80s Athletics', so please help your children to come up with some creative outfits - perhaps by pulling out some of your old clothes! 

There are two trips coming up in Week 6. Please fill out the forms and let us know if you are available to help out on the End of Year Celebration. Thank you for your continuous support.

Year 7 End of Year Celebration: Stanmore Bay Leisure Centre/Skate Park

• Thursday 24 November

We will be swimming, going to the skate park and playing games indoors. We do need parents to help us on this trip so please let us know on the form if you can join us.

Bring:

• Wear moveable mufti
• Togs to get changed into (no bikinis)
• Towel
• Sunscreen
• Swimming cap and goggles (optional)
• Skateboard/scooter/roller blades (no bikes please as they will not fit on the bus)
• Helmets and protective gear
• Sports balls (at own risk)
