Primary School Sport Photos

Our Primary Winter Sports Photos will be taken this coming Tuesday 1st August in the Junior Campus Staff Room. Please ensure that your child takes the correct uniform and socks as per the details below to school. We reserve the right to remove your child from the team photo if they are not in the correct uniform. Please see the image below or pdf attachment at the bottom of this document.

Alumni Sport Challenge

Come and Support our Senior 1st teams playing our Alumni (ex students) in a morning of greatly contested competition on Saturday 16th September. If you are an ex student and would like to play please CLICK HERE to register for the Alumni team.

Rugby Festival

The second MS Rugby Festival took place at the Marist Rugby fields in Albany. Our Year 8 boys played in the U57kg 7’s competition.

They had four games against Rosmini, Albany Junior High School, Mahurangi and Whangaparaoa. They won all their games with a combined total of 32 tries and only 2 tries scored against them!

They played in hail, rain and sunshine and couldn’t wipe the smiles off their faces; spending a day doing what they love.

A special thanks needs to go out to Blayne Pollock, Adriaan Engelbrecht, Jacques Pietersen and Theo Struwig who have helped with coaching.

Rugby hasn’t had a big profile at KingsWay however we are making steps towards changing this. If you are currently in Year 7 and play club rugby we need to hear from you. Please email stephanie.pollock@kingsway.school.nz
