We are Serendipity, a young enterprise business that sells customisable keychains.

Our keychains will help your keys stand out when you’ve lost them again. Keychains in general, are the most popular promotional items and the most common of all souvenirs. Hence, we get to see them often at airports and different markets or shops. A high-quality keychain, such as ours, will keep your keys gathered together and secure. Also, provide ease of access to your keys when reaching into your bag for them and they make your keys look great.

To be honest, no one’s ever actively looking for a keychain, they just happen to come across one in a shop or at a market. That’s why our business’ name is Serendipity, which means “an unplanned fortunate discovery”. We want people to unexpectedly come across our product and be intrigued by our unique and customisable designs.

Our keychains are different from others because we offer customisation. You can choose to add or take away charms and the text you would like on the keychain, e.g. one or two initials. This allows you, as our customers to be able to feel like you are in control of choosing what you want to see in our keychains.
