Teacher Only Day and Easter Tuesday - come along with your kids and pull some weeds!

Dear KingsWay Parents,

Another year has gone past and the gardens at our Primary School Campus Grounds have been overcome by weeds again. There are some Teacher Only Days coming up over Easter, so if you were wondering what you could do with the kids, here’s a great opportunity to keep the kids busy, bless the fantastic staff in our school community, as well as keep our school looking its best.

Teacher Only Day: Thursday, 29 March 1:00 to 3:00pm 

Easter Tuesday: Tuesday, 2 April 1:00 to 3:00pm

Meet at: The main carpark on Bonair Crescent

Bring any tools/clothing etc. you may like to use for the job (e.g spades, brooms, secateurs, trowels, gloves and long sleeves and strong shoes/gumboots are recommended as there are many prickly weeds).

Bring your own drink bottles and snacks - the toilets at school will be open for use.

Hats and Sunscreen.

Rubbish Bags will be provided by the school.

Please bring your school aged children so we can put into practice our School Moto of being ‘Servant Leaders’. Any time you can contribute on this afternoon will be greatly appreciated.
