Community Update, 25 August 2021

KingsWay School —

A Note from Graeme Budler, Executive Principal

Dear KingsWay Community,

I trust that you get to enjoy a well-deserved break from teaching this afternoon. I think lockdowns take parent partnership to another level. I want to encourage those of you who are struggling to teach your children. Teachers and I include myself in this bracket, often find it challenging teaching our children. I suggest that you don't try and change the world in the few weeks that you have the role as teacher, but instead offer support when required and maintain relationships.

We learnt from the last lockdown that we can expedite learning when students return, so no need to panic.

I look forward to connecting with the live wellbeing broadcast tomorrow night.

God bless,

Graeme Budler
Executive Principal
