Co-curricular Arts Director

An exciting opportunity exists for a special person with a passion for the arts. This is a new, permanent, full-time position, school term time only, commencing in June 2021, or by negotiation.

KingsWay School is an integrated state school with a Christian character, located on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast. We have two modern campuses; the Senior Campus is in Red Beach, and the Junior Campus is located nearby in Silverdale. You will enjoy working with a fantastic team of supportive staff. Applicants should be able to model the ideals and behaviours that exemplify our school's principles and vision.

The vision:

To increase the participation in art, music, performing arts to the glory of God. We imagine our students further participating, ministering, and competing in choirs, worship bands, orchestras, kapa haka, performances, dance recitals and sharing and honing their talents.

Your Mission:

To lead and coordinate the development of a co-curricular arts programme, like our successful sports programme. Once students' and community interest is determined, you will engage outside providers, volunteers and students.
