Dear KingsWay Community,

I want to thank everyone who prayed for a Head of Primary appointment. The interview panel had big shoes to fill. Despite receiving high-quality applicants, we readvertised the position a few times before finally unanimously agreeing on selecting an excellent candidate.

I am delighted to announce the appointment of Cristal McKoy as the new Head of Primary. Cristal has a wealth of experience in the state education sector and naturally gravitates towards leadership positions. In her time at KingsWay, she had led diligently and quickly gained a reputation with all stakeholders as someone who demonstrates excellent pedagogical practice and embodies KingsWay’s special character. She attended KingsWay as a student in the early days is married to Luke and her three beautiful children, two of who attend KingsWay.

I invite you to congratulate Cristal and pray for the quick assimilation in this new and exciting leadership position.
