Junior Secondary - Official Opening of the Te Kāinga

On the 18 February, we had the opening of Te Kāinga. Te Kāinga is where the new Junior Secondary school is positioned. This was a significant event as we were able to bless and acknowledge those who have gone before us and those who have invested in creating the Junior Secondary. Graham Braddock, founder of KingsWay, was present to cut the ribbon and his son and grandson spoke at our ceremony. Sienna Corbett and Dylan Wong (Year 10 students) represented the student body and expressed appreciation for this beautiful space that the Year 10s get to call home while at school. The Year 10 Hospitality leaders worked hard to cater and serve our guests and staff.

It was an honouring celebration.
