On Tuesday, 5 February, KingsWay School welcomed new staff and students at a Mihi Whakatau (Welcome) assembly. Mr Moimoi explained the purpose/kaupapa of the assembly through the following points:
Visit this articleThe International Department is looking for a mother/grandmother who has a heart for ministering to adults. This involves having tea/coffee which is provided and chatting to the International mothers who need to build confidence in using English. For new mothers, it’s helping them become familiar with being in a new country and school system and being able to form friendships. The meeting is for 1 hour, 1.45pm to 2.45pm once a week.
