Immunisation Notice for Year 7-8 Students
To the Parents and Caregivers of Year 7 and 8 students
Tuesday 12th April the WDHB school-based immunisation team will be offering the following immunisations as part of the New Zealand Immunisation Schedule.
YEAR 7 BOYS & GIRLS – will be offered Boostrix vaccine (Tdap). This vaccine is a booster for diphtheria, tetanus, and whooping cough (pertussis)
YEAR 8 BOYS & GIRLS – will be offered HPV (human papilloma vaccination) this will be the first of two, the second occurring later in the year, on 25th October.

A form will be sent home with your child please read and complete, even if you do not wish your child to be immunised and return to your child's form teacher as soon as possible.
