Term 1 Parent/Teacher Conferences
Tuesday, 12 April for Years 1 – 13
All conferences will be online video conferences. Information about the conferences and login details for the online booking system (PTO) will be emailed home on Tuesday, 5 April.
The PTO website will open for bookings at 3:30pm on Tuesday, 5 April - bookings will close at 9.00am on the day of conferences.
On the day of the Parent/Teacher Conferences (Tuesday, 12 April):
School will officially close at 2pm for Year 1-13 students. Please make sure your children know what your family’s plan is for them to go home early that day.
Buses
All buses - will run at normal times.
- Year 1-6 Students:
- Lunch will be from 12:45-13:45. If you would like to collect your child during the lunch break, please remember to sign out on the Vistab at reception.
- sKids will be running their afterschool programme as usual on the day, starting from 2pm.
- Children waiting at school for buses will be gathered in the Library until the buses arrive.
- Year 7-13 Students:
- There will be an adjusted timetable with lunch being from 11:40 until 12:40 and the final period of the day from 12:40 until 2pm.
- Students waiting at school for buses need to go to the library at 2pm.
- PARENTS - Log back into PTO and at the booked time click on the teacher’s link to connect to the online video conference call.
