Happy New Year to everyone in the KSS family! We hope that you have had a relaxing and enjoyable Xmas and holiday time with friends and family. It is not long now until school returns on Thursday 4 February!

Planning is well underway and all staff have been back for teacher only days and are well into the planning for Term 1. We welcome Leanne Hammond to the Y4-8 Teaching Team and Tūtaki Christensen to the Teacher Aide Team for 2021. 

Stationery

New Entrant stationery packs are available through the office. All other stationery is ordered through OfficeMax online and is delivered to your door. Here is the link https://www.myschool.co.nz/

Uniform

A reminder that the correct uniform must be worn. Remember school hats are also compulsory for Term 1. Please look at the second-hand uniform page and/or head to Mainland Uniforms for all your needs. 

2021 Dates

Don't forget to add the key dates to your diary for 2021. We welcome new families this Thursday at 2pm with a Mihi Whakatau. It would be great to have some existing KSS Whānau there to welcome our new families. On Friday 12 February we have a School Picnic Night - details will be out week 1!

A friendly reminder that classrooms are open from 8.20am. School starts at 8.50am and finishes at 2.50pm.
