Hi all, my name is Marika. I’m a Registered Nurse by trade and here to help with any problems you may be having health and wellbeing wise that are really affecting your quality of life. We look at the main issue at the time and action plan together to minimise its impact.

In these uncertain times it has never been more so important that we look after ourselves. My service is free of charge and consultations can be face to face, via video call or phone.
