Our native planting area is now coming to life with the help of our awesome students and school community.

Last week, we completed stage 2 of our planting project. Our senior students put in the mahi first digging the holes ready for our seedlings and then in the afternoon they supported our junior students with the planting of the seedlings.

It was great to see Tuakana Teina in action as our seniors were very caring and were great teachers for our younger students. 

We would like to express our gratitude to all who have donated during our fundraiser, to our parent helpers, to Allwood Trees, Beaver Tree Services and to Matua Ross for all the groundwork he has done! It’s not too late to donate!
