Board of Trustees Feedback

Mike Molloy —

The Knights Stream School BoT are after your honest and open feedback and feedforward.

To ensure we meet our communities needs we want to hear from you. After 18 months of operating, we feel it is a great time to ask what you think.

To do this we are asking each whānau (family) to complete a SCOT Analysis.

What is a SCOT Analysis?

SCOT stands for Strengths, Challenges, Opportunities, and Threats. A SCOT analysis is a strategic planning technique used to help an organisation identify strengths, challenges, opportunities, and threats for project planning. It is designed for use in the early stages of the decision-making processes and can be used as a tool for evaluation of the strategic position of an organisation.

We are beginning to plan our strategic goals and initiatives (found in our school Charter)  that will last for the next 3 years. So, we would like you to let us know your honest opinions to help us shape this plan.

We are asking each family to complete a SCOT on a paper form (yes paper!) supplied by us that can be dropped in at the Tari (Office) by Friday 14 August. All feedback received (with name) will go in the draw to win one of 5 Coffee Shot Coffee Vouchers!

We thank you in advance for your feedback and feedforward.
