Rams & Pouākai Basketball Camps

Sharpen your basketball skills throughout Term 1 at the Rams and Pouākai Basketball Schools. Join in on the fun with weekly skills & practice sessions led by Tall Black Taylor Britt or Tall Fern Lauryn Hippolite!

Choose between Monday or Friday at Wharenui Recreation Centre.

  • Sessions for school years 5–8 run from 4:00pm – 4:50pm.
  • Sessions for school years 9–13 run from 5:00pm – 5:50pm. 

The registration deadline is 5:00pm Wednesday, 7th February.

Delta Rhythmic Gymnastics
Does your daughter like music and dance? Then she will probably love rhythmic gymnastics! 

Delta Rhythmic Gymnastics has two fantastic new beginner classes on Mondays and Thursdays 4-5pm at the new Christchurch Netball Centre at Nga Puna Wai sports hub in Wigram plus more options in Bishopdale and Rolleston.

CANVAS BAG DRAMA SCHOOL – Halswell Campus

Is your child dramatic? Do they love acting out stories?

Canvas Bag Drama School commences Term 1 drama classes on 5th February.

Our classes combine a structured fun-filled social environment with extensive use of improvisation and role-play to develop positive feelings of self-worth and the ability to confidently express thoughts and feelings. And then wrap up all these skills in a fabulous performance in Term 3.

Classes run on Mondays: 5-8 years at 4-5 pm and 9-13 years at 5-6 pm at the Halswell Community Hall, 450 Halswell Road.

You can join at any time during the year, and we offer a free first-class trial.

NETFIT

NETFIT is a global organisation, with a national focus on providing rangatahi across the country with an opportunity to express themselves, meet new friends and grow their sport skill base through netball.

In 2023, NETFIT were lucky to visit Christchurch, providing the community with a range of different products over our time here.

Following the success of these programmes, we are proud to announce we are coming back with a brand new 4-week programme.

Perfect for Year 3-5’s, our NETFIT Junior Upskill program covers fundamental skills with a focus on fun to build confidence and create life long netballers! This 4 week program includes skill progression, a limited edition NETFIT Junior Upskill t-shirt, personalised feedback and lots of FUN!
