Bathed in Ashburton's sun, the open field at the domain came alive, becoming the ideal canvas for a thrilling day of local school athletics.

On Thursday, 19 October 2023, St Joseph's School in Ashburton held their annual athletics day. Stella Robinson's first event of the day was the 30m sprint. Stella came first in the heats and 5th overall for her year group. She was very proud of herself. Stella competed in many different events over the whole day. Mum, Claire and dad, Hayden, were on hand to watch Stella and her two brothers compete.

It was a hot, sunny day, and all the children were tired at the end of the day.
