We've been up to all sorts of interesting adventures in 2022. The following stories are what the children decided to share with you.

My School

My School is Clearview Primary. The uniform colour is green and grey. My favourite thing is iPad time. We are a big school, and we have 900 kids, and we have a big playground. Kimberly comes on Tuesday and Wednesday. I work on writing and maths. I do Kapa Haka on Thursday. I am a peer monitor, we help little kids. I go to Redwood Hub for NZSL every second week.

My Spring Adventure

I was walking around the flower garden and beautiful trees. I saw pink, red and purple flowers on the grass. I went for a walk with the NZSL Hub.

At this time of the year, new babies grow. This is because it is September and the right temperature. The NZSL Hub had a look at Redwood School. I saw flowers called daffodils. All the nature was great.

Cooking Popcorn

One day we made popcorn. We needed butter to put on the popcorn. We put it in the microwave. The microwave time was 4 minutes and you had to wait. When it finished, let’s eat it now to make us fat.

We can cook popcorn. You put it in the microwave and watch it cook. Time to watch a movie at the Redwood Sign Language Hub before the holidays.
