Rivvohntay came to Ko Taku Reo, Christchurch in term 2 this year. She is enjoying being a boarder at Sumner and making the most of her time at Hagley, gaining credits and making new friends.

I enjoy coming to Hagley to support people at the gym. In Art classes, I have been working hard on my paintings and I hope to achieve NCEA Level 1 Art. I have been painting a traditional Maori story of Ranginui and Papatūānuku.

In English Learning Languages class I have been making friends and they have been supporting me if I hurt myself. They are very nice and friendly.

During terms 2 and 3, my English class has been to different places around Christchurch. I have not been to places around Christchurch and I am enjoying them. Sometimes we go and buy things.

I like the staff at Hagley Provision because they make sure I understand what is going on.
