What a year of unexpected events and interruptions to schooling this year. However, many students have been able to make connections via zoom and other technology and numerous teachers report improved communication with their students over the lockdown period.

The Outreach School team has experienced a busy year with the evaluation of current IEPs and a view of looking towards planning for your child's next year's learning goals. It's been wonderful to see so many children engaged in KIT Days this year and taking the lead with their own learning. 

We look forward to receiving news of student success with NCEA. The Auckland Outreach School team wishes to farewell their Regional Co-ordinator Colleen Figgins who is staying in education but having a change of career direction. Meri Kirihimete to all families receiving services from Ko Taku Reo Outreach School.
