Choice is the ability to freely decide whether we 'Choose' a positive action with an equally positive outcome or the alternative. At Wharenui, we always choose options that give us positive outcomes.
Clever and Creative learning.
Helping others with their learning is a win-win situation as we learn.
Openness to our own cultures and how we can be friendly to others.
Openness to other people's lives helps us to learn and show empathy.
Sports skills are great to learn.
Enjoying our friendships helps us to have a great day at school.
At Wharenui Provision, we always challenge ourselves by 'Choosing' the right thing to do. By doing this, we can be greater learners so we can achieve anything we put our minds to by making a good 'Choosing' action and, with this, knowing that we have a friend to help us on our way.
'Choosing' ensures that we do things we know will help us learn, support others to learn, and be part of a team.
Our pictures show a variety of different things we do daily and how, together, we have achieved so much. We have seen the benefits of making positive choices in our day of learning and friendships.
