Our Preschoolers Unlock Excellence Every Day In Their Way by Ko Taku Reo Deaf Education NZ
Our tamariki shine when it comes to excelling!
Excel in participation
Be it the art table of colour pens and blank paper, the sandpit of trucks and diggers, cookware, the playdough corner of rollers, pancake makers, or the lego box of building blocks and construction sites, time seems to be unnoticeable as the children fully engage themselves in their interaction with friends, and enjoyment with their own imagination.
Excel in learning
Through eating with friends and putting their lunch boxes back in the fridge after every meal, attending to the teachers at mat time and raising hands to answer questions, and having all kinds of fun in different games, our children get to know how to sign, how to use their language, and how to respond to others.
They can achieve the above, for they excel in being themselves. They were born with confidence, competence, and compassion. Every day at preschool, we can see them excel, not through trying hard, but being who they are.
