Year 6 Camp

Camp correspondent —

The Year 6 team are having a great time at Camp Adair, located on the Hunua Gorge Road.

The weather has been ideal for the outdoor challenges so far, allowing the team to get through their busy daily schedule.

Tuesday

After settling into cabins and getting set up for the week, the kids, as well as many of the staff and parents, braved the chilly, high-speed waterslide.

In the evening, the kids enjoyed a game of spotlighting with their parents.

In their activity groups, the kids rotated around the different camp activities run by the Camp Adair staff. Some of the activities were - flying fox, high-wire trapeze, flying kiwi, kayaking, and archery.
