Konini School in Glen Eden raised $617.40 for Heart Kids Charity - a foundation that supports children with heart defects. We dressed up in our Pyjamas. Do you remember?

Miro, Jemma, Brayden and Zenia delivered the cheque right to the door at 12 pm on Tuesday 28 July near Auckland Hospital.  We met the CEO of Heart Kids and received a certificate with a royal handshake. They gave us Heart Kids wristbands too. There were heaps of posters about children who had been given heart surgery. There was a shaky elevator as well. As we were leaving we saw the Westpac Helicopter land at Starship Children's Hospital. They were very happy with our donation.
