Thank you all for you support in helping us reach our goal of $30,000 through the Million Dollar Mission.

In just over a week we managed to gather 6000 votes which is a wonderful achievement. It is exciting to know that we now have the means to build a 'dream' play space for our pupils and the community. 

The design concept for the sand and water play feature are incredible - something that you would expect when spending so much money on a sandpit.

If all goes to plan (and remembering that nothing has gone to plan with any of our building projects this year) we hope to have the exciting new place space ready before we break for the Christmas holidays.

Parent Volunteers

On Monday (Mon 4 Nov at 9.00 am) morning, we will be holding a very informal whanau meeting for parents and grandparents in the staffroom who are interested in volunteering at school in classes and/or listening to pupils read. We have fresh muffins and 'nice' coffee to entice attendees.

Picnic Performance

We will be holding our Picnic Performance on Friday the 13th of December in the morning. We plan to start our end of year celebrations by 9.00 am so we can finish before it gets too hot. This will be the third time that we have run this popular event. If you are new to Konini, you may want to get some time off work to join us.
