Parent Conferences for Term 1 will take place on Wednesday 3 March and Thursday 4 March.

If we are still in Alert Level 2, Parent Conferences can still take place. We all need to take personal responsibility for following physical distancing protocols and good hygiene practices. Parents and staff are welcome to use masks if you choose. We will have hand sanitiser in place in all classrooms for you to use. Avoid larger gathering in the school grounds where, under Alert Level 1 protocols, you may meet with other families to play/chat.

Your child will have brought home a ‘getting to know you’ document several weeks ago. We ask that you pre-read the form as this will guide some of the conversation that will take place when you meet your child's teacher. 

The teaching team have found the start of year conferences with whānau highly beneficial so do not want to miss the opportunity to meet with you all.

Below is a reminder about how to book a interview time if you haven't already:

Conferences with your child’s teacher are 15 minutes in length, please bring your child with you and keep within the allotted time to avoid a backlog. Conference time slots can be booked online and are available between;

Wednesday 3 March 15 min blocks 1.30pm - 7.00pm

Thursday 4 March 15 min blocks from 3.15pm – 6.00pm

Please note that school will close at 1.00PM - WEDNESDAY 3 March

• Please note that all bookings must be made by Tuesday 2 March.

Please note that if you find that you are unable to book a conference within the allocated time slots, email your child’s teacher directly to make alternative arrangements.
