Welcome back whānau

Not long to go now - only 3 more sleeps. I don't know who is the most excited - the kids, the teachers or the parents?

We have been working on plans for re-opening for several weeks now and have been ramping up planning and preparation this week to ensure that we are ready for Monday.

I appreciate that the impact of COVID 19 will be with us for a long time. We will continue to provide a safe and caring learning environment for your children - with a strong emphasis being placed on relationships and the Arts to ensure that the transition back to school is as seamless as possible.

I have been thinking about how we might be able to support the wider Konini community, knowing that many people will be faced with uncertainty around employment at the moment. If you run a business that you would like promoted through the school newsletter or via our Community Facebook page, please email your details to Karen, office@konini.school.nz, and we will happily advertise your business via both forums.
