Hallo! Learn about the German culture and the basics of speaking German, a popular language spoken throughout Central Europe.

We offer beginner and extension classes, where students will have the opportunity to learn and use familiar expressions and everyday vocabulary. 

Programme Overview
The focus is on speaking, listening, reading, and writing in German and understanding aspects of German culture. 

Topics covered may include: self-introduction, family, numbers, classroom expressions, colours and food as well as other topics of student interest. Students will use the language through interaction, games and songs.

NZ Curriculum: Learning Languages, German Level 1-2 (Communication, Language Knowledge, Cultural Knowledge).

Languages open doors to learn about others and their culture, they can help create friendships and opportunities as well as understanding.
