This programme is designed to help your students become confident in navigating the world of AI in a way that aligns with the New Zealand Curriculum.

How is AI Trained? How does data determine what artificial intelligence can do?
AI Chatbots: Who’s Behind the Screen? Why are AI chatbots designed to sound so human-like, and how can that affect our everyday lives?
AI Chatbots & Friendship. How can AI chatbots impact our idea of friendship?
Understanding AI bias. How does AI bias happen?
How AI Bias Impacts Our Lives. What are the impacts of AI bias?
AI Algorithms: How Well do they know you? How does artificial intelligence influence what we see online?
Facial Recognition. What are the benefits and risks of facial recognition?
Artificial Intelligence: Is it Plagiarism? What is the impact of artificial intelligence on how we learn and create?
By participating, your students will not only upskill their digital knowledge but also develop their critical and curious thinking. It concludes with an Inquiry task and an option to explore AI /Creative roles.
