Enviroteam - Woodend Costal Park visit

Kia ora, 

Our enviroteam has begun its work this year with a visit to Tūhaitara (Woodend Coastal Park) to look at and assess our Biote Node. This is an area with a freshwater pond in the middle that we are going to plant out with native plants to attract native birds/insects/fauna over the next couple of years. You can visit our area right across the pathway from Tutaepatu Lagoon. 

Dev, Dougal, Hunter, James, Jonty, Lucas, Max, and Nitai with some help from Marcel went with Mr Scott during week 6 to talk with Tūhaitara Trust about our new future with them. More to come throughout the year!
