LIFFT Technology:

Years 7 & 8 have been working hard on our wool focused theme of work for technology. We have all made progress on our group products after researching and planning our crafts. Some groups are having huge success with finger knitting and pom pom making while others are persevering with needle knitting. Paityn and Sophia have been working on extracting lanolin from wool (we had a bit of a smelly staff room one Thursday morning-thank you teachers for your understanding!) and they are now working on the process of using this lanolin to create smooth, beautiful smelling hand creams. Thank you to Tanya, Maggi and Richie for helping us on Thursday mornings with our projects.
