It’s really fun because you get to do different breathing and its good for you because if you’re really angry and sad it helps you to calm down.
It’s good for your body because you get a big rest and your brain gets a big rest.
It’s good for you and relaxing.
It helps you when you can’t do something, but then you think in your head that you can, and then you keep trying over and over again, and then you can do it and you don’t need any help.
It was really calming to do.
I’m using mindfulness when I’m at home and I get frustrated with my brother or parents. I go to my room and practice mindful breathing.
When you’re doing straight back soft belly, I found it hard to keep my eyes closed.
I liked doing the neuron dance because it felt like my fingers were moving without me telling them to.
