Box breathing is an easy yet effective relaxation technique that can help restore calm and balance, especially after stressful moments. By practicing slow, controlled breaths—breathing in, holding, breathing out, and holding again—it can clear your mind, relax your body, and improve focus. For parents and caregivers, this simple tool can offer a moment of peace and clarity during challenging times.

Box breathing involves four steps, each lasting 4 seconds:
1. Breathing in
2. Hold the breath
3. Breathe out
4. Hold for four, and start again.
