Ko Aisling O'Connor tōku ingoa. 

I'm Aisling (pronounced Ashling) O'Connor and I'm delighted to be joining Leithfield School Te Kura o Kōwai for 2025. I am a passionate educator with 15 years of experience working in local schools, most recently at Broomfield School. I bring a passion for literacy, science and sustainability education to my teaching, as well as a love of reading.

I live right here in Leithfield so you might see me on the beach or biking the Kowai track. My hobbies include swimming, tramping and learning Te Reo Māori. Student wellbeing and hauora are important to me, so I'll work hard to build a strong sense of belonging in our class. I will support children to reach their learning goals. I am looking forward to meeting the Kererū students, their whānau and the school community soon.
