Esther Kilgour lives with her family in Balcairn. She has four beautiful children, three of whom attend Leithfield School.

Esther graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science. She is experienced teaching year 7/8, and enjoys this special time, inspiring confidence in students before they soar off to High School. Esther loves North Canterbury and has predominantly taught in the area since graduating from Teachers College in 2009. Esther’s interests include photography, horse riding, gardening, and hiking. She is looking forward to working with ākonga and their whānau at Leithfield School.
