As you know Lemonwood Grove School has a voluntary bring your own device policy. We have just finalised a partnership with Cyclone Computers (who manage our IT infrastructure ) to create a portal where a select range of devices can be purchased at education pricing.

Please read on for details. Here are the key points:

• As a parent of the school, you are able to access this portal to purchase devices recommended by the school at special pricing 
• You are still free to purchase devices at your favourite store
• You will deal directly with Cyclone from purchase and delivery through to after sales support, warranty and insurance

Customer Procurement Method

Made possible via www.cyclone.co.nz, LWG has been set up as a partner so that parents and students can procure directly from Cyclone.

Purchasing

Cyclone has built a custom purchasing portal for Lemonwood Grove, accessible through any web browser. The portal has a unique log in and password (see later). 

Parents and students will be taken through the purchasing process online, from selecting a device and supporting products to the checkout and delivery stage.

Choosing a device is made easy for parents and students. The portal will only feature devices approved by Cyclone and Lemonwood Grove School.

Delivery

Cyclone ships directly to a specified delivery address as part of the purchasing process.Delivery information is included on the portal so parents know when to expect their device to arrive.
