Kāhui Ako Stories (covid-19 survey)
The purpose of this survey is to gain insight or perspective from across our schools and ECE centres and providers on the impact that covid-19 has had on learning, wellbeing and relationships.
The information obtained will help provide us with feedback as individual schools, and as a Kāhui Ako, as well as provide a shared understanding of experiences. All questions in this survey are optional, and the survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Your response will be kept confidential, and we will not be collecting identifying information. If you would like to talk to somebody from your school / centre about your experiences, please let us know at the end of this survey. (This response will be kept separate from your previous responses).
