New Enrolments for 2021

Monday, 25th January, 2021 the school’s office opens. New learners to Linwood College for 2021 who have not yet enrolled, please phone the school on (03) 982 0100 from Monday 25th January to complete enrolment forms and arrange an enrolment interview appointment.

The Uniform Shop Holiday Hours

Monday, 14th December, to Friday, 18th December, 10:00am-2:00pm, 2020.

Tuesday, 5th January to Thursday, 7th January, 9:00am-1:00pm, 2021

From Tuesday, 12th January onwards week days only 9:00am-2:00pm, 2021

Year 12/13 Course Confirmation

Who: ALL Year 12 and 13 students attending LCŌ in 2021. Whānau are also welcome.

When: Monday, 1st February, 10:00-1:00pm or Tuesday, 2nd February, 10:30-12:30pm, 2021.

Where: Library

Why: To ensure all Year 12 and 13 students are in appropriate courses that support their learning, tertiary and career pathways. Students MUST attend course confirmation before they attend classes.

Mihi Whakatau for all new students and their whānau

Tuesday, 2nd February, 2021 from 09:00-10:30. All new learners (Year 7-13) and their whānau are asked to be at school by 8:45 a.m. We will begin with a mihi whakatau (welcome) at 9 am. All new learners and their whānau are asked to meet by the playground at the school entry. The mihi whakatau (welcome) will be followed by kai where whānau can meet the staff. This will finish at approximately 10:30 am.

New Year 9 student asTTle Testing

Tuesday, 2nd February, 2021 from 10:30am (after the mihi whakatau). This is for new Y9 students who haven't already been to school for testing during 2020. Please meet in reception. This will finish by approximately 12pm.

Full School Day begins

Wednesday, 3 February, 2021 8:45am-2:30pm for all students.

Daily Classes Classes in 2021 start at 8:45 am. Learners are to be at school by 8:35 am daily. Every school day finishes at 3 pm except for Wednesday which finishes at 2:30 pm.
